Surf Balaclava

Surf Balaclava to be worn under your winter wetsuit to ease putting on your neoprene hood as well as protect your skin and hair from chafing while surfing. Made of our swimwear material that is durable and soft.

We have 2 sizes:
-Short (bald to chin length hair)
-Long (shoulder to mid back)

Pick up only (not currently taking orders to mail). Pick up location is our home studio in Cow Bay. We'll send directions for pick up!

Directions:
I put my hair into a loose bun on the back/top of my head while I put balaclava over to secure in place. *I don't use a hair elastic.
Then to put on wetsuit hood over I first bring down and bite the centre forehead section of the balaclava while I yank the wetsuit hood over. This I find helps keep the balaclava in place. I then adjust the balaclava around my face to tuck it into the wetsuit more. Sometimes your bun will be smooshed offside so I will also just use one hand and try to adjust it to be in a more comfy position. Practise makes perfect (ish). Thanks and good luck!
